The construction process starts
with the delivery of your finalized customized home plans to the construction floor.

One of the heaviest and widest I-beam frames in the industry
is then custom built to accommodate your new home.

Rolled insulation, flooring, & walls are then added to the frame. The separate modules of your will stay by each other throughout the entire construction phase.

Custom made cabinets, fixtures and other individually designed interior features are now assembled and put into place.

Our innovative cabinet shop employees some of the finest
and most skilled cabinetmakers in the southwest.

At this stage the roof is now added to your new home and the walls finished.

The finishing touches are applied outside the factory and the home is then made ready
for its delivery to you!.
